Greenlight Tech's clients are businesses with professional/office people who have (or want to have) a computer network. Our clients are businesses that do not have their own dedicated internal technical staff to handle the proper deployment, day to day maintenance, strategic planning, budgeting/forecasting, and overall management of their Information Technology infrastructure. We also provide second level (escalated) support for larger businesses that have some technical staff to manage day to day issues.

Clients utilizing our services include law, medical, construction, accounting, financial and insurance offices, and property management offices to name a few. We also are very proud to provide competitive rates to charitable organizations who can provide verifiication of their Chartiable Organization number.

In a situation where your company requires services outside of our Priority Care hours (8am to 8pm, 7 days a week) special arrangements can be made or included in your company's agreement.

• Greenlight Tech does not provide residential (home) computer technical service support. Although we may do this on occasion for our existing clients, we generally refer this business to an excellent local service provider with whom we have the utmost confidence.
• Greenlight Tech does not provide services to the retail sales industry (point of sale solutions, cash registers, etc.). We can and do provide excellent references to companies that service this industry.
• Greenlight Tech does not provide graphic design services. However, we do routinely refer our clients to companies specializing in this.
