With all of our remote monitoring and automatic healing we are often asked if we ever need to be on site. If we can provide Remote Desktop Support why don't we offer services to clients all over the world?
We do keep regular, usually monthly, visits to our client's offices. We find that sometimes clients don't remember that something isn't the way they want it unless they see their "tech guy" in front of them. It also helps us get to know you and the way you work better.
Of course this visit is just another of the services offered at our fixed rate.
Greenlight Tech services Hamilton, Ontario and the surrounding area. Typically we have a 1 hour travel radius. We do however continue to make exceptions to this as we expand our operational area. Contact us if you are in Southern Ontario and are interested in our services.
We do not charge clients within our service area for travel time.
