- Self-Healing: A computer that can heal itself is even faster than our technicians at Greenlight Tech. Common problems that would normally interrupt your day are fixed before they are noticed.
- Monitoring: By knowing that your email is down or your network drive is offline before you do, we can fix it before you can call us. That allows you to work without having to waste your time calling around and trying to get it fixed.
- Remote-Desktop Support: In those cases when we do need to fix something, we can log onto your desktop and see what you see. With Remote-Desktop Support, you don't have to be frustrated waiting for our next visit to your office to fix what you need working now.
- Priority Care: Working early or late? Have you run into a problem that is making your overtime effort difficult? Not a problem. Our Priority Care line runs from 8:00am until 8:00pm every day of the week to respond to people who put in the hours outside of the hours.
- Asset Tracking: How many copies of MS Word (tm) do you own? How many are you using? How old is that computer in accounting? How much memory is installed in it? A detailed up-to-the-minute chart holds the information giving you the answers fast.
- Patch Management: Is the latest patch compatible with your program? Will it cost you downtime and money? You can be sure that all of your computers are up to date automatically and that no patches get installed that will cause you problems.
- Ticket Tracking: Did you tell Greenlight Tech about the printer issue? What's going on with that? Is it fixed? Did the computer get ordered for the new receptionist? Just log in to your custom display to see everything we are working on, or ever have worked on for you.
- Computer History: Wasn't this the same problem you had with your computer 3 months ago? Didn't we put a new part in it then? Now there is no guess work and none of your time is wasted sorting through old invoices. All work is tracked in our computer history database.
- Network Audit: Who knows your network? What would happen if they became unavailable? What would that cost you? Do you have printed, hard-copy, up-to-date details that would allow someone to step in without hassle? We provide that, and update it.
- Consulting: There are two types of consulting: the most common is the type that is given during a problem costing you time and money. The better type is given every year at a structured meeting which includes budgetable figures and network plans. We do the latter.
